A wireless communication system equipped with Trans-Data Auto-Match; a recognition system which automatically establishes individual connections between all of your connected tractors and all of your connected trailers. This system will also send signals to a connected transfer station scoreboard enabling the loading process.
Trans-Data M-2000 Meter for Trans-Data On-Board Scales & Weight Systems
The Trans-Data On-Board Weight System has been engineered to exacting standards. The M-2000 meter has two RS-232 ports for downloading scale data.
At the heart of this truck weight system are three products. This has allowed us to apply this system to a large range of diversified applications.
Trans-Data On-Board
Air Pressure Transducer
This product allows the M-2000 meter to be converted from our load beam mechanically controlled weighing system to an air pressure transducer controlled weighing system. This all-stainless transducer ensures reliability in extreme weather conditions.
Trans-Data Load Tracker
GPS reporting based on speed, distance traveled and events such as route information, stops and scale data. The M-2000 scale data is downloaded through it’s RS-232 port to the Tracker’s COM2 handshaking port. It is fully integrated with our back-end IP routing software, allowing complete end-to-end performance with mapping program and workstation software.
Trans-Data 40-Column Mini Printer
The Trans-Data 40-column, dot matrix, 12-volt, mini printer captures multiple or individual transactions as furnished by one of two M-2000 meter RS-232 ports.
Compact size measures 4" x 7" x 3". Size includes paper roll & connector plug.
