  1. The installation of the junction box mounting bracket can be conveniently located close to the trailer axle air bag balance valve.
  2. The Trans-Data Air Pressure Transducer, with it’s included fittings (furnished with the kit), can be easily installed in the air line, after the balance valve. The wires are then connected to the junction box terminal board through the water tight strain relief fitting.
  3. The 35 foot signal wire (furnished with the kit) is connected to the other end of the junction box terminal board through the water tight strain relief fitting. This cable is then run forward to the Trans-Data Wireless Transceiver box located on the front of the trailer.

This is all that is required to connect the Trans-Data Air Pressure Transducer to the Trans-Data Wireless Link on the trailer.
  4. This system allows any tractor equipped with a Trans-Data Scale System with an M-2000 meter to communicate with any trailer equipped with a Trans-Data Scale System through the Trans-Data Wireless Link.
  5. Total trailer installation time should be, approximately, 1½ hours.
